| Q. |
How does Go iLawn work? |
| A. |
You enter an address. A photo of the property appears with outlined parcel boundaries. You can trace anything on the photo with your mouse – the lawn, driveway, roof, swimming pool... The Go iLawn application calculates your measurements for you as you trace.
|
| Q. |
What makes Go iLawn different? |
| A. |
Go iLawn pictures are taken from an airplane instead of from space. You see a clearer picture and closer to the surface. This allows your measurements to be more accurate. Go iLawn offers many tools, both standard and advanced, and your measurements are calculated as you trace. That means no manual calculations on your end.

| Q. |
What is a directional transaction? |
| A. |
Directional transactions are purchased in addition to address transactions.
You use a directional transaction when you switch from an overhead view to a directional view (North, South, East, West). For example, if you switch from an overhead view to a south view and then back to the overhead view, you use two directional transactions.
Here are the ways to access directional views:
- North, South, East, West views
- Neighborhood View
- Walking Man tool
|
| Q. |
What is included with a directional transaction? |
| A. |
Directional transactions allow you to see the property from a side view. Now you can see more detail for measuring mulch beds, sidewalks, tree and building heights and more. Your measuring toolkit is expanded to include Height, Elevation/Slope, Bearing, and Pitch.
Directional transactions are tracked under the Account Management link on the Go iLawn application.
